MetroChronos has a rigorous authentication process for every watch we sell. Our expert watchmakers meticulously inspect each timepiece to ensure its authenticity. Additionally, we provide certificates of authenticity with every purchase.
We offer a 30-day return policy for all watches purchased on our website, provided the watch is in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We provide detailed descriptions and high-quality images of each watch on our website. For additional information or specific requests, please contact our customer support team. We can also arrange video calls to show you the watch in detail.
We currently accept wire transfers and payments through Chrono24 escrow. Please note that for purchases made on our website, our team will reach out to you with bank account details for wire transfer after you complete your order.
We sell watches as-is, meaning if a box is included, it will be mentioned in the product description. If not mentioned, the watch is sold without a box.
